I use pixel text on things like link buttons. This tutorial will show you how to make it yourself. For the examples in this tutorial, I have used the font BM Toppo, in size 9, but you can use whichever font you like.

Step 1:
Using a light colour, type what you would like your pixel text to say. Now, using the 'Magnifier' button, zoom in to 6x or 8x.

Step 2:
Go to 'Colors', then 'Edit Colors', then click 'Define Custom Colors'. Make your original colour quite a few shades darker. Now draw around the letters of your text with this darker colour until you have an outline around all of the letters.

Step 3:
Now you just need to add highlight, to make the letters look 'shiny'. Using the colour white, draw on the parts of the letters where you would imagine the light to hit them. I usually put my highlight on the top left corners of each letter.
